About Me

H E L L O!

My love for travel, art, and culture, blends itself with my enthusiasm for comedy, entertainment, and sustainability as I find meaning through connecting with others and the world around us.

I received a B.A. in American Studies and a minor in Theater & Performance studies at U.C. Berkeley in May 2017. Following my love of theater, I continued training at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, Second City in Chicago, and Shakespeare’s Globe in London.

By studying American Studies, an interdisciplinary major, I used sociology, history, politics, media studies and gender studies to dive deep into the complexity of American culture. Using the contextualized framework of Time and Place, we analytically unpacked the institutional hierarchy of capitalism and its effects on race, gender, and socioeconomic class.

My thesis focused on three different black and white photographs featured on separate covers of Time magazine, to exemplify how the medium of photography simultaneously captures social change while creating it.

This principle underlays all of my work, that we have the ability to create the change we wish to see by proving to ourselves it’s possible.
